Final Note: A month and two days have passed since the return from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It is astounding how much has occurred in that time: many sales / side-of-beef arrangements for Master Blend, a minor ailment (understandable and now “long” gone), a capstone class three-quarters or more complete, interactions with a splendid new person in my life & accompanying arrangements for a return to Puerto Vallarta in August, a bison breakdown, and… learning to salsa. It has most assuredly been an adventure.
