Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and leftover roast beef topped with green salsa and accompanied by a salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y sobras de asado de res cubierta con salsa verde y acompañada de una ensalada hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre.

Dinner: An oven-roasted & pan-seared Belgian Blue New York Strip. This was accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by me. Additionally, there was a bowl of sour cream for dipping. La cena: un bistec de lomo de Nueva York de azul belga cocinado por horno y sartén. Este estaba acompañado de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mí. Además, había un tazón de crema ácida para mojar.

Lunch consisted of sushi and soup from Sushi Bistro of Ocala. All of this food was fresh and delicious. El almuerzo consistía en sushi y sopa de Sushi Bistro de Ocala. Toda esta comida estuvo fresca y deliciosa. 
In the afternoon, before the class at CF, I helped one of my customers obtain their half side of beef. This is an example of a F2 Wagyner Blue ribeye. En la tarde, antes de la clase en CF, ayudé a unos de mis clientes obtener su mitad de un lado de res. Esta es un ejemplo de un chuletón de un F2 Wagyner Blue. 
Dinner consisted of beef and dumpling soup topped with fresh cabbage and avocado. This was accompanied by a salad of arugula, romaine lettuce, and spring mix. It was an excellent dinner to enjoy after a long day. La cena consistía de una sopa de res y bolas de masa hervida cubierta con repollo y aguacate frescos. 1/23/2024: Today began in the 50s and warmed into the mid 70s. Mostly cloudy.

My simple lunch consisted of a sautéed mixture of eggs, ground beef, green beans, and mozzarella. This was topped with a little bit of Cholula sauce. Mi almuerzo simple consistía en una mezcla salteada de huevos, res molida, ejotes y mozzarella. Esta estaba cubierta con un poco de salsa Cholula.

A little bit after lunch, I prepared some Belgian Blue short ribs for dinner. I only seasoned them with salt. Un poco después del almuerzo, preparé unas costillas de azul belga para la cena. Solo las sazoné con sal.

For lunch, I cooked the chicken that I mentioned yesterday. Its flavor with the homemade barbecue sauce was excellent, and we enjoyed the chicken with a salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. Para el almuerzo, cociné el pollo que mencioné ayer. Su sabor con la salsa barbacoa casera era excelente y disfrutamos del pollo con una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre. 
Dinner consisted of a Belgian Blue #3504 burger-steak cooked via oven and pan. This was accompanied by a salad of cabbage, tomato, and cucumber drizzled with a tangy vinaigrette. La cena consistía en un bistec de res molida de azul belga #3504 cocinado por horno y sartén. Este estaba acompañado de una ensalada de repollo, tomate y pepino rociada con una vinagreta picante.

After a long morning, we enjoyed a lunch of pan-seared Belgian Blue shoulder steak accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. Después de una mañana larga, disfrutamos de un almuerzo de bistec de hombro de azul belga al sartén acompañado de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre.

That’s quite the definition of a minimalist… the entire dialogue made me laugh out loud… as for this past week, it was definitely an adventure of various sorts. Thanks for reminding me of what we were up to.
