I took this photo of the garnishes that Padre prepared for the miso soup. They consisted of red cabbage, spinach, mushroom, and avocado. Tomé esta foto de las guarniciones que mi padre preparó para la sopa de mizo. Constaban en repollo rojo, espinaca, hongo, y aguacate. 
Lunch consisted in the aforementioned garnished soup along with a tray of sushi. The meal was magnificent. El almuerzo consistía en la sopa adornada ya mencionada y una bandeja de sushi. La comida fue magnífica.

After a late Agribusiness class, I cooked two pan-seared Belgian Blue burger-steaks. These were accompanied by a simple salad of arugula, lettuce, tomato, and olive in a balsamic vinaigrette.
