Lunch consisted of leftover Mississippi-style stew topped with red and green cabbage. There was also a small piece of toast and a green salad. El almuerzo consistía en restos de guiso estilo Misisipi cubiertos con repollo rojo y repollo verde. Además había un trocito de pan tostado y una ensalada verde.

Dinner consisted of a Belgian Blue burger-steak topped with Tomme cheese. It was accompanied by a colorful salad made by Padre and a bowl of homemade barbecue sauce for dipping. For lunch, my friend and I ate at the Café Havana restaurant. My dish consisted of a mixture of rice, some seasoned meat, and some boiled yuca. Everything was delicious. Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and seasoned leftover beef. It was accompanied by a colorful salad drizzled with a vinaigrette of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Cholula hot sauce. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y sobras de res sazonada. Esta estaba acompañada de una ensalada colorida rociada con una vinagreta de vinagre balsámico, aceite de oliva y salsa picante Cholula.

This is a new (German) tractor that Padre bought. Este es un nuevo tractor (alemán) que compró mi padre. 
These are jars of jams, fruit butters, and peanut butter that I purchased from MC Jam Company. I’m going to use these inside the morning puff pastries for the Master Blend store. Dinner consisted of reverse-seared Belgian blue ribs on a bed of arugula and spring greens. All of this was accompanied by a small bowl of homemade barbecue sauce. 4/26/2025: Today began in the mid 60s and warmed into the high 80s. Mostly sunny.
This morning of April 26, 2025 I made puff pastries filled with blackberry jam. Esta mañana del 26 de abril de 2025 hice hojaldres rellenos de mermelada de moras. 
Then I rolled the dough into a log shape and cut it into pieces. Luego, enrollé la masa hasta la forma de tronco y la corté en trozos. 
After cutting the puff pastry “log”, I placed the pieces on two trays. Después de cortar el “tronco” de hojaldre, coloqué los pedazos en dos bandejas. 
Cooked blackberry puff pastries. Los hojaldres de mora cocidos. 
This is a Belgian Blue eye of round roast I prepared for dinner. I cut its surface into a criss-cross pattern and seasoned it with powdered mustard, freshly ground black pepper, Kosher salt, and blueberry-infused balsamic vinegar. Broad-n-Brief life update 4/27/2025:
1. Health is excellent; only minor twinges in low right back.
2. Closest people quite healthy.
3. Master Blend store & Moo-Magic bustling.
4. School, writing, & Guesthouse in addition to the items of #3 keeping me busy. Italian Citizenship on hold due to government shenanigans.
5. Spending more time with friends has been enjoyable. (E.G. Shae; and this week we contacted a fellow named Sean whom I based a certain “Hattun the Madcap” on.)
6. Still desirous of intimacy with a female partner, but thankfully not with urgency.
7. Food continues to be absolutely phenomenal and a font by which I can regularly share creativity.
8. Life is very good.
9. A thought: Stretching is the best way to build and maintain flexibility.
