Final Note: HME is something I recently started documenting in my daily journal. It stands for Health, Mind, and Emotion. Each day, I assign a rating to each on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being as awful as possible and 10 being as excellent as possible. (I suppose at that point, the rating scale is 2-9 with 1 and 10 each being something of a placeholder.) There are two primary intentions behind this exercise:

• Firstly, I think that by keeping track of HME, and by consequence, consciously addressing the state of Health, Mind, and Emotion each day, that HME may be positively affected.

• Secondly, I would like to collect about a year’s worth of these HME ratings and include them at the beginning of each entry in my personal journal. Then, I’d like to observe – possibly with the aid of AI – if any patterns have emerged. Are there certain behaviors, external events, etc. associated with certain states of health, mind, and emotion?

An example from yesterday’s entry: Note that I probably will not be including HMEs in blog posts on a regular basis, because I don’t want to subconsciously let external opinions affect the outcome of the ratings.

That all being said, reader of this post: What is your HME right now? And what do you think your average HME is?
