5/10/2026: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the high 80s. Cloudy.

This morning, May 10, 2026, I fixed the lid of the black pepper container to make the process of refilling the grinder easier. Esta mañana del 10 de mayo de 2026, arreglé la tapa del contenedor de pimienta negra para facilitar el proceso de rellenar el molinillo.
This morning, I made pizza for Tuesday’s trip. Esta mañana preparé pizza para el viaje del martes.
The cooked pizza. Ingredients include: Sicilian tomato sauce, local cheese, meat from our ranch, green pepper, and red onion. La pizza cocida. Los ingredientes incluyen: salsa de tomate siciliana, queso local, carne de nuestro rancho, pimiento verde y cebolla roja.
Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of duck eggs, peanuts, and chile de árbol. In addition, there was a green salad. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos de pato, cacahuetes y chile de árbol. Además, había una ensalada verde.

Dinner consisted of a salad topped with fried ground beef (from cow number 7226), cottage cheese, avocado, and green salsa. La cena consistía en una ensalada cubierta con carne molida (de vaca número 7226) frita, requesón, aguacate y salsa verde.
The dessert consisted of sliced fruit (apple and peach), sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a spoonful of Greek yogurt. El postre consistía en fruta (manzana y durazno) en rodajas, espolvoreada con canela y acompañada de una cucharada de yogur griego.

5/11/2026: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the low 90s. Partly sunny.

To begin the lunch on May 11, 2026, there was a bowl of miso soup garnished with avocado, green cabbage, spinach, and Wagyu #546 picanha. Para comenzar el almuerzo del 11 de mayo de 2026, había un tazón de sopa de mizo adornado con aguacate, repollo verde, espinaca y picaña de Wagyu #546.
The main course consisted of a platter of magnificent sushi. El plato principal consistía en una bandeja de sushi magnífico.

The dinner consisted of sirloin and shoulder steaks (from cow #546), seared in a pan. These steaks were accompanied by a green salad drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. It happened after a training session with Tatiana and Goia. I was learning to maintain better posture. 5/12/2026: Today began in the low 70s (Florida) and warmed into the low 90s (Puerto Vallarta). Sunny.

For lunch, my family and I ate at the Grand Park Royale buffet. I enjoyed a salad and two pieces of grilled chicken. Para almorzar, mi familia y yo comimos en el buffet de Grand Park Royale. Disfruté de una ensalada y does trozos de pollo a la parilla.

My family and I ate at the Italiana restaurant in Grand Park Royale for dinner. Omar was our waiter. We started with the salad bar selection. Mi familia y yo comimos en el restaurante Italiana de Grand Park Royale para la cena. Omar era nuestro camerero. Comenzamos con la selección de la barra de ensaladas.
The main course was a beef fillet stuffed with a piece of prosciutto and some cheese. It was excellent, but the meat reminded me more of pork than beef. El plato principal consistía en un filete de res relleno de un trozo de prosciutto y un poco de queso. Estaba excelente, pero la carne me recordó más al cerdo que a la res.
The dessert: An excellent tiramisu. El postre: Un excelente tíramisu.

5/13/2026: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the low 90s. Quite sunny.

A morning activity on May 13, 2026: I played cards with my father while enjoying a Pepsi Black and some peanuts. Una actividad matutina del 13 de mayo de 2026: Jugué a las cartas con mi padre mientras disfrutando de un Pepsi Black y algunos cacahuetes.
Lunch: My family and I went to Pepe’s Tacos. The food was excellent. I ate 9 tacos: 5 al pastor and 4 chorizo. El almuerzo: Mi familia y yo fuimos a tacos de Pepe. La comida estaba excelente. Comí 9 tacos. 5 de al pastor y 4 de chorizo.

To start our dinner at the Italian restaurant, we visited the salad bar. One of the things I liked most was the smoked provolone cheese. Para comenzar nuestra cena en el restaurante italiano visitamos el bufé de ensaladas. Una de las cosas que más me gustó fue el queso provolone ahumado.
The main dish consisted of a bed of yellow rice garnished with shrimp and a mussel. El plato principal consistía en una cama de arroz amarillo adornada con camarones y un mejillón.

5/14/2026: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the low 90s. Quite sunny.

On the morning of May 14, 2026, I found that my laptop battery had enough power to write on our bedroom terrace. It was a pleasant surprise. My main course was fried fish topped with spicy shrimp. It was served with a generous salad, some roasted vegetables, and rice garnished with two slices of toasted garlic bread. To start our dinner at the Thai Restaurant, we had a green papaya salad. This was accompanied by a plate of sticky chicken. Para comenzar la cena en el Restaurante Thai, comimos una ensalada de papaya verde. Esta estaba acompañado de un plato de pollo pegajoso.
Dinner: Padre ate duck curry, and my brother, Madre, and I ate rice noodles with various meats on top. In the center was a dish of pork belly on a bed of rice. The starter for dinner (at the Italian restaurant, Andiamo) was a salad drizzled with Caesar dressing. I also ate more of the smoked provolone cheese. For the main course, we all enjoyed the Bolognese lasagna. Para el plato principal, todos nosotros disfrutamos de la lasaña boloñesa.

5/16/2026: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 80s. Beautiful and sunny. That water just looks phenomenal.

On this trip, my family has been playing a card game called “Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring.” It’s a trick-taking game. En este viaje, mi familia ha estado jugando un juego de cartas llamado “Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring”. Es un juego de “Trick Taking”.
