Lunch of 9/24/2023: A great taco salad. the lettuce was topped with sliced avocado, chopped tomato, cilantro, a little bit of sour cream, and two types of salsa. El almuerzo del 24/9/2023: Una gran ensalada de taco. La lechuga estaba cubierta con aguacate en rodajas, tomate picado, cilantro, un poco de crema ácida y dos tipos de salsa.

A morning activity of 9/28/2023. Padre, Wag, and I gave fluids to two calves in order to balance the acids in their blood. Una actividad de la mañana del 28/9/2023. Mi padre, mi tío y yo dimos fluids a dos terneros para equilibrar la ácida en su sangre. 
A salad of lettuce, green cabbage, a mixture of chopped beef & ground beef, a little bit of sour cream, and homemade BBQ sauce. Una ensalada de lechuga, repollo verde, una mezcla de res picada y res molida, un poco de crema ácida, y salsa barbacoa casera. 
Dessert consisted of an apple and some walnuts sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by sour cream leftover from the main dish. El postre consistía en una manzana y unas nueces espolvoreadas con canela y acompañadas de crema ácida sobrante del plato principal. 
Jacob and Wag walk through the pasture with a piece of tape in order to conduct a cow to the barn so she can give birth to her second twin calf. The first twin was living, but unfortunately, the second was dead. For dinner, I enjoyed a beef & mozzarella omelet topped with homemade BBQ sauce. This was accompanied by a salad of romaine lettuce and arugula. For lunch, I ate a scramble of eggs and beef. I put this on top of a salad of Romaine lettuce and sliced avocado. To dress it, I used a combination of olive oil and homemade BBQ sauce. Para almorzar, comí un revuelto de huevos y res. Yo puse este encima de una ensalada de lechuga romana y aguacate en rodajas. Para aliñarla, yo usé una combinaciõn de aceite de oliva y salsa barbacoa casera.

The plated dinner: A piece of pumpkin pizza and a pile of arugula and spinach salad. The pizza tasted good, but I believe it would have tasted a little bit better without the pumpkin. La cena emplatada: Un pedazo de pizza de calabaza y una pila de ensalada de rúcula y espinaca. La pizza sabe bien, pero creo que habría sabido un poco mejor sin la calabaza.
