It’s been over five years since we first heard of Gaurs (Indian Bison). Last night we got to taste steaks for the first time. Again, I can't help but note that: Time doesn’t need any help in its passage. The best we can do to assure the finest future possible is to form a habit of making the most of here & now.
Quite the beefy birthday week… Happy birthday indeed… Here and Now, and here’s to another 104 years
