For lunch, we enjoyed a pan-seared Belgian blue round steak topped with a fried egg and Swiss cheese. To accompany it was a green salad made by Padre. Para el almuerzo, disfrutamos de un bistec de ronda de azul belga a la sartén cubierto con un huevo frito y queso suizo. Para acompañarlo, había una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre.

Dinner: A romaine lettuce and red cabbage salad topped with a fried mixture of Belgian blue ground beef and black beans. Additionally, there were banana peppers and sliced avocado. For the dressing, I used homemade barbecue sauce, and to drink, I had a horn of red wine. This morning I harvested some arugula to garnish the miso soup we were going to eat for lunch. Esta mañana coseché un poco de rúcula para adornar la sopa de mizo que íbamos a comer en el almuerzo. 
Lunch consisted of a sushi platter accompanied by a bowl of miso soup garnished with red cabbage, fresh arugula, shredded jicima and avocado. El almuerzo consistía en una bandeja de sushi acompañada de un tazón de sopa de miso adornada con repollo rojo, rúcula fresca, jícima rallada y aguacate.

For lunch, I had a fried mixture of eggs, beef brisket and mozzarella seasoned with Zatar seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Para el almuerzo, comí una mezcla frita de huevos, pecho de res y mozzarella aderezada con sazón Zatar, sal y pimienta negra. 
An afternoon activity: Padre, Wag, and I gave hydrating fluids to a calf in the central field. Una actividad por la tarde: mi padre, mi tío y yo le dimos fluidos hidratantes a un ternerito en el campo central. 
After eating a delicious Belgian blue burger-steak, I enjoyed a dessert of sliced green apple sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a dollop of Greek yogurt. This afternoon I did an experiment. These rolls are made from almond flour and psyllium husks. They tasted good and had a soft texture. Esta tarde yo hice un experimento. Estos rollos están hechos de harina de almendra y cáscaras de psyllium. Tenían buen sabor y una textura suave.

For dinner, we had a mixture of Belgian blue ground beef, black beans, and rice. This mixture was seasoned with salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, fresh garlic, dried chiltepin, and a little homemade barbecue sauce. It was accompanied by a green salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Para la cena, comimos una mezcla de res molida de azul belga, frijoles negros y arroz. Lunch consisted of leftovers from the previous night’s dinner on top of a green salad and accompanied by slices of hard-boiled egg. El almuerzo consistía en las sobras de la cena de la noche anterior encima de una ensalada verde y acompañadas de rodajas de huevo duro. 
I installed a new fridge in the Master Blend store today. It is reaching the correct temperature. Hoy instalé una nueva nevera en la tienda de Master Blend. Está alcanzando la temperatura correcta.

Dinner consisted of a Belgian blue ground beef steak seared on the back and topped with a slice of Tomme cheese. This was accompanied by a red cabbage and carrot salad. This morning I made peanut butter and almond flour cookies. The Master Blend visitors really enjoyed them. Esta mañana hice galletas de mantequilla de maní y harina de almendra. Los visitantes de Master Blend las disfrutaron mucho.

This afternoon, Padre, Victor, Claudia and I fixed the fence between the eastern fields. It was broken by a cow in heat. Esta tarde mi padre, Víctor, Claudia y yo arreglamos la cerca entre los campos orientales. Lo rompió una vaca en celo. 
Dinner consisted of Belgian blue ribs on a bed of rice. This meal was accompanied by a green salad, a horn of red wine and a bowl of homemade barbecue sauce. La cena consistía en costillitas de azul belga sobre de un lecho de arroz. Esta comida estaba acompañada de una ensalada verde, un cuerno de vino tinto y un tazón de salsa barbacoa casera. 
This is a yellow apple that was gifted to us by a Master Blend customer. I think this is the third year that Celeste has given us apples, and each time, these apples taste great and have an excellent texture. Esta es una manzana amarilla que nos regaló un cliente de Master Blend. Creo que esta es el tercer año que Celeste nos da manzanas, y cada vez, esas manzanas tiene un sabor buenísimo y tienen una textura excelente.
Final Note: Between plenty of school, a malfunctioning refrigerator in the Master Blend freezer room, and other aspects of life, late October and early November bore a number of stressors for my conditioned self. Fortunately, as always seems to be the case, time and effort has alleviated those difficulties while also granting a bit of time for fun besides. I knew consciously that this would be the case, and that definitely helped.
Acclimatization may only occur when there is something to acclimate to, and I believe the ability to acclimate is a skill that may only be improved and maintained with use.
Time definitely offers a perspective, knowing this might not help a lot in the moment but it still helps in the long run… I see lots of progress. Thanks for sharing.
