Week of November 24, 2024 – Door repair, turkey time, hurricane clips, & satisfied customers.

(Above: This afternoon I installed many hurricane clips on the east side of the Guesthouse. It took me almost 2 hours, but I accomplished a lot.

11/24/2024: Today began in the low mid 30s and warmed into the mid 70s. Sunny and dry.

11/25/2024: Today began in the high 30s and warmed into the mid 70s.

11/26/2024: Today began in the low 40s and warmed into the 60s. Sunny and dry.

11/27/2024: Today began in the mid 50s and warmed into the high 70s. Quite sunny and dry.

This is the back of the Central Barn. It is very old and really is a ruin. But it is also history.

11/28/2024: Today began in the mid 50s (foggy) and warmed into the low 80s (sunny).

11/29/2024: Today began in the mid 60s and warmed into the high 60s before cooling into the 40s. Cloudy.

11/30/2024: Today began in the high 30s and warmed into the mid 60s. Sunny.

Final Note: It is presently 1:17 PM on 12/1/2024. In two days, we depart for Puerto Vallarta for a family vacation. There, we shall enjoy good food, swimming, and plenty of time as a family. At present, though, I am going to publish this post, clean Jacobhouse, rest, and then ventured outside where the weather is a cool and sunny 65 F. Perfecto.

Bonus image: I sent a couple cow horns home with some Master Blend customers yesterday so they could give them to their dog. This is the picture I received later in the day.

  1. There was a lot of great food this week and the pictures were tremendous, the picture of the dog with the cow horn absolutely ridiculous… What a week, it was fantastic.
