The morning of 3/3/2024 looked like a spring day. La mañana del 3/3/2024 se pareció a un día de primavera. 
Lunch: A salad of romaine lettuce, fresh carrot, tomato, Belgian Blue ground beef, Greek olive oil, and homemade barbecue sauce. El almuerzo: Una ensalada de lechuga romana, zanahoria fresca, tomate, res molida de azul belga, aceite de oliva griego y salsa barbacoa casera.

Dinner consisted of a fried mixture of eggs, leftover beef, and sautéed carrot. This was topped with some Cholula hot sauce and accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by me. Esta estaba cubierta con salsa picante Cholula y acompañada de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mí.

Lunch: A tray of sushi and a bowl of miso soup garnished with avocado, green cabbage, and spinach. El almuerzo: Una bandeja de sushi y un tazón de sopa de miso adornado con aguacate, repollo verde y espinaca. 
After enjoying the sushi, I ate a pink lady apple sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a spoonful of Greek yogurt. Después de disfrutar el sushi, yo comí una manzana dama rosa en rodajas espolvoreada con canela y acompañada de una cucharada de yogur griego. 
Dinner consisted of three things: a Belgian Blue burger-steak, a baked potato topped with sour cream, and a green salad drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. This afternoon Padre, Wag, Uncle Eric, and I gave fluids to a sick calf. Unfortunately, the animal passed to the other side this morning (3/6/2024) due to an obstructed intestine. Esta tarde mi padre, mis tíos y yo dimos fluidos a un ternerito enfermo. Desafortunadamente, el animal pasó a otro lado esta mañana (6/3/2024) por un intestino obstruido.

Por supuesto, también había una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre.

A morning activity: Padre, Wag, and I gave fluids to the little guar calf. I do not know if the creature is going to survive. Una actividad matutina: mi padre, mi tío y yo dimos fluidos al ternerito bisonte indio. No sé si la criatura va a sobrevivir. 
Lunch consisted of a salad of (from bottom to top) romaine lettuce, green cabbage, red cabbage, pan-seared Belgian Blue ground beef, homemade barbecue sauce, a little bit of olive oil, sliced avocado, and three slices of fresh tomato. El almuerzo constaba de una ensalada de (de abajo hacia arriba) lechuga romana, repollo verde, repollo rojo, res molida de azul belga al sartén, salsa barbacoa casera, un poco de aceite de oliva, aguacate en rodajas y tres rodajas de tomate fresco. 
Dinner: Leftovers from last night’s ossobuco accompanied by a green salad made by Padre. La cena: Sobras del ossobuco de anoche acompañadas de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre.
