Lunch on July 2, 2025, consisted of a fried egg and beef mixture. This mixture was accompanied by a colorful salad drizzled with a vinaigrette of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Cholula hot sauce. El almuerzo del 2 de julio de 2025 consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y res. Esta mezcla estaba acompañada de una ensalada colorida rociada con una vinagreta de vinagre balsámico, aceite de oliva y salsa picante Cholula.

I saw Dolores last night just before going to bed. She’s an old spider, but she still looks healthy. Yo vi a Dolores anoche un poco antes de irme a cama. Ella es una vieja araña pero todavía se ve saludable.
Final Note: On the afternoon of July 3rd, I had worked extensively on accounting class, and I found myself wanting to do something outdoors. With new materials having arrived, I decided to venture to Guesthouse. Forty-five fine minutes of peaceful productivity ensued. It really was enjoyable. There was a little bit of rain, but that did not matter under the roof (and if anything, only added to ambience). The temperature was cool. The road was quiet. There was no rush, and I got to see progress.

It was quite the week, not surprising but still incredible how all the little steps can create so much progress.
