Lunch consisted of beef sausages accompanied by a green salad topped with slices of hard-boiled eggs. El almuerzo consistía en salchichas de res acompañadas de una ensalada verde cubierta con rodajas de huevos duros. 
Two Belgian blue ground beef steaks topped with sesame seeds, freshly ground black pepper and salt. I used a little olive oil to adhere the ingredients more firmly to the steaks. Dos bistecs de res molida de azul belga cubiertos con semillas de sésamo, pimienta negra recién molida y sal. Usé un poco de aceite de oliva para adherir los ingredientes más firmemente a los bistecs. 
This afternoon Padre helped me cut the posts on the east side of the Guesthouse. I used a chainsaw to make the cuts. Esta tarde mi padre me ayudó con cortar los postes al lado este de Guesthouse. Utilicé una motosierra para hacer los cortes. 
After cutting the posts, Padre and I removed the refrigeration machine from the front of the Guesthouse. Después de cortar los postes, mi padre y yo retiramos la máquina de refrigeración de la parte delantera de Guesthouse. 
Dinner consisted of a Belgian blue ground beef steak encrusted with freshly ground black pepper, sesame seeds and salt. This steak was topped with a bit of cambozola cheese and accompanied by a green salad. Este bistec estaba cubierto con un poco de queso cambozola y acompañado de una ensalada verde. 
This is an orange that Victor gave me with a spoonful of Greek yogurt. The orange came from my uncle’s mill and tasted very good. Esta es una naranja que me regaló Víctor acompañada de una cucharada de yogur griego. La naranja vino de del molino de mi tío y tenía un sabor muy bueno.

After lunch I prepared some ribs by massaging them with blood orange-infused balsamic vinegar and sprinkling them with a little freshly ground black pepper.
