Lunch on January 25, 2026 consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and Mississippi-style stew. This was all accompanied by a purple cabbage and carrot salad. These are the Wagyu New York strip steaks I prepared for dinner on January 25, 2026. I seasoned them with balsamic vinegar infused with blood orange, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Tonight we enjoyed dinner with our friend, Shae. We ate Wagyu New York strip steak, a colorful salad topped with a hard-boiled duck egg, a slice of sourdough bread covered with melted Gouda cheese, and a glass of red wine. For lunch on January 26, 2026, we started with a bowl of miso soup garnished with a slice of cheese bread, a hard-baked duck egg, avocado, and some lettuce. After lunch, I prepared dinner, forming patties from ground beef and seasoning them with salt and freshly ground black pepper. I also cut some bacon to put on top. This is the broth I prepared for the dinner roast.
