Lunch happened after I took a test in my accounting class. The test went well. The meal consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and beef accompanied by a green salad made by Padre. La comida consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y carne de res acompañada de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre.

Además, había una mitad de un aguacate, una cucharada de requesón, un tomate y salsa verde.

Final Note: It was a productive week. I advanced to a new chapter in Book 2 – TLB (must note that the chapter from which last week’s epigraph came was one of my personal favorites thus far) and finished another semester of school amidst helping a little with the farm, working a little on the Guesthouse, tending to life’s daily essentials, and tending muchly to the store. In that latter case, I think it would be nearly as difficult to say how many pounds of beef I handled and rehandled as it would be to say how many people I spoke with face-to-face (cara-a-cara), over the phone, via text, via email, and via socials.
Truth be told, though, it was a thoroughly enjoyable week. Even better, if all goes as planned, this coming week will also be quite enjoyable albeit in a different manner. I have a hunch that my office in the next post will look a wee bit different:
