The appetizer: A fried taco (with mashed potatoes and beans), a marlin taco, and a piece of fried panela. El aperitivo: Un taco dorado (con papas majadas y frijoles), un taco de marlín y un pedazo de panela frita. 
The vegetable and Chihuahua cheese burrito. It was huge and full of flavor. (And no, the cheese was from the city of Chihuahua, not the dog.) El burrito de vegetales y queso de Chihuahua. Fue grandote y lleno de sabor. (Y no, el queso estaba de la ciudad de Chihuahua, no el perro.)

A simple and delicious sauce composed of four ingredients: cilantro, green onion, Valentina hot sauce, and ketchup. Una salsa simple y deliciosa que consistía de cuatro ingredientes: cilantro, cebolla verde, salsa Valentina, y ketchup. 
The main dishes: A salad with a creamy cilantro dressing (the vegetables were fresh and delectable) and a plate with: an over-easy egg, a beef steak, a sausage, some fried pork belly, rice, and beans. Alls of the food was delicious, and we enjoyed it a lot. Final Note: Travel allows one to perceive, compare, and even judge various locations (and circumstances) while simultaneously emphasizing that these perceptions, comparisons, and judgements all originate from one central point: self.
Seems the Jacob self has had quite the opportunity to compare and judge in a wide variety of locals recently. So much had happened in a week, seems like it should be more time that only seven days. Thanks for sharing
