Week of April 27, 2025 – Nespolino, Excel certified, beef, & Bog.

(Above: Bottles of raw Nespolino. I need to wait a month before using it in cooking or in a drink, and it’s even better if I wait six months.
Botellas de nespolino crudo. (1.25 cups dried seeds to 4 cups vodka). Necesito esperar un mes antes de utilizarlo en la cocina o en una bebida y es aún mejor si yo espero 6 meses. (1.25 tazas de semillas secas por 4 tazas de Vodka).)

4/27/2025: Today began in the high 60s and warmed into the high 80s. Sunny and dry.

4/28/2025: Today began in the high 60s and warmed into the mid 80s. Sunny and dry (though it did rain briefly in the night).

4/29/2025: Today began in the high 60s and warmed into the mid 80s. Sunny.

5/2/2025: Today began in the low 60s and warmed into the 80s. Mostly Sunny. Quite Dry.

Final Note: It is 7:18 PM, and it is almost time to enjoy a meal of coffee-encrusted Belgian Blue burger-steak topped with some freshly made butter. Before I go, though, here is a final noteworthy picture that I did not yet mention.

Padre gave this creature a name this week. His name is Bog.
