Mini cinnamon rolls.

Active Summary: Today began with calisthenic exercises, a bit of writing, and a beef pasture check with Padre. This was ensued by more writing at Jacobhouse and then by various kitchen-related tasks: feeding Doug (the sourdough starter), cutting watermelon, and preparing baking potatoes / ground beef for lunch. I next ventured outdoors where I tended to a few Master Blend Customers and got together a couple sizeable orders. Morning activities concluded with a visit to Padre’s studio and a lunch of burger-steaks, baked potatoes, cucumber salad, and watermelon.

(5:46 PM Update:) Post-lunch shenanigans began with my creating dough from an extra bit of sourdough starter that I reserved to the side. I next rolled this dough out flat onto the kitchen’s stainless table and coated it with a mixture of ½ cup butter, ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup coconut sugar, and 1 tbsp. cinnamon. This dough was then cut into strips and rolled up to form some… things that appear quite tasty. Next, I tended to a beef customer, took a short rest, and then ventured back outside to help with bovine-related activities (feeding/catching bovines, checking calves for ailments, and fixing the shade cloth over the feed barn). This was followed by my tending to another beef customer, noting inventory, ‘scribbling’ a quick extra-credit response in my Macro Economics class*, and writing the majority of this entry.

Final note: I have just returned from the beef pasture check with Padre. Now, I am going to upload some pictures, submit this post, and cook up those aforementioned tasty-treats. Tomorrow I go to town to retrieve the 7.5 CF fridge. That means that I shall be able to put together the Seltzerator over the weekend .

*Right now, if I do not take the final exam, I will still have scored 88% in the class. It might be 89% with the extra credit.
