Commentary: Much like yesterday, today began with calisthenics, writing, and now I am about to go perform a beef pasture check with Padre. On returning, it will be about time to engage in leisure-related activities.
(4:50 PM Update:) Just returned from a somewhat brief afternoon at the farm. I’ll be going back out later to check beefers with Padre, because right now it is somewhat scorching (right a 90 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s still “winter”). As an additional bit of commentary, I will say that it is quite pleasurable having the piano a mere seat’s turn away. Sometimes, when my eyes feel like they could do something other than look at the computer screen, I close them and engage my ears instead.
(7:25 PM Update:) I have again returned from farm shenanigans. This time, it was a calving cow that interrupted me amidst a particularly difficult encounter in Path of Exile. However, if I were to choose, I would certainly rather have my leisure time broken prematurely than give birth to a backwards-positioned calf. As of right now, all is well. The mother and calf are back out in the field, and now I’m typing up this entry before consuming a baked sweet potato.
Final Note: Tomorrow, typical daily activities will resume. This will include school, but aside from that, I am uncertain. Perhaps I will re-neaten the Master Blend freezer room and begin to clean out the farm’s office. Or maybe I will need to go help Madre clean out some remnants from Oldhouse or help Padre because Wag has already gone to do so. Also, at some point within the coming week there will be seeds to plant.
