(Above: So far as I know, Sushi Bistro makes the best sushi in Ocala, and it has consistently remained as such.)
Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and a few house-neatening tasks. I next performed the morningly beef pasture inspection with Padre and then returned to Jacobhouse where I commenced to write for over two hours. At 11:35 AM, I made an order from Sushi Bistro and rode with Madre to retrieve it. Lunch occurred at about 1:00 PM* and consisted of: many types of sushi (salmon, spicy salmon, Alaska, eel-avocado, tuna, yellowtail, and a special spicy salmon & tuna roll) and a springmix salad.
(6:27 PM Update:) Afternoon activities were initiated with about 1 hour of class work and a brief repose. This was ensued by farm-related tasks, including: checking the pasture for ailing calves, treating a sick calf out in the field (I gave the shots while Padre held it), removing weaning flaps from & moving thirteen calves to the lot adjacent to Jacobhouse, performing the day’s final beef pasture inspection, and moving a calf containing an incredible amount of excrement.
I returned to Jacobhouse shortly after the lattermost farm shenanigan, and there, cleaned up and tended to Master Blend bookkeeping before working on today’s entry.
Final Note: I am still quite satiated from sushi lunch, so I will likely only eat watermelon and greens for dinner. It should be light and refreshing.
* There was a Master Blend customer to tend before visiting the studio for lunch.
