Week of August 16, 2026 – Master Blend internship begins, amalgamations, rebirth of a rosemary, & time on the Terrace

(Above: On the morning of August 19, 2026, I cut rosemary sprigs and planted them in pots. I did it because the large rosemary plant in the garden is sick and might die.

Final Note: What do collecting some cuttings from an ailing rosemary plant for propagation and accepting an unexpected invitation to a Terrace have in common?

Taking action before circumstances force action. Choosing change. In short, proactivity. This brings up an interesting idea: Forethought is a major component of proactivity, just as it is a vital part of consciousness. Thus, is proactivity an essential part of being a truly conscious human?

No matter the answer, I can only say that I appreciate my good fortune in being proactive (to ‘choose’ change) and in receiving unexpected invitations, as I did this week.
