Lunch on November 17, 2025, consisted of a bowl of miso soup garnished with avocado, green cabbage, and beef (the ribeye steak from the night before). After that, we ate a tray of sushi. On the morning of November 18, 2025, my father experimented with making a new feed mix for the cows. This feed contains pine shavings, ground corn, distillers grain, and water. Este alimento contiene virutas de pino, maíz molido, grano de destilería y agua.

I chose out two Wagyu chuck steaks, a sweet potato, and a packet of Claremont Spice & Dry Goods spices for dinner. Elegí dos filetes de paleta de Wagyu, una batata y un paquete de especies de Claremont Spice & Dry Goods para cenar. 
Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and beef chorizo. This was served with a colorful salad made by Padre. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y chorizo de res. Esta se servió con una ensalada colorida hecha por mi padre.

Final Note: I have found that one of the best ways to determine and demonstrate to myself what is most important to me, is by making time for “it” no matter what the day brings, even if that time is just a few moments. Moments have a tendency to accumulate into minutes and minutes into hours and days.
It was a week of many happenings, the anchor of great meals and conversations are much appreciated. As for you final thought, I agree one hundred percent, that’s the way numbers and life work. What a gift to have the opportunity.
