Lunch consisted of fried eggs accompanied by a green salad drizzled with a spicy vinaigrette. El almuerzo consistía en huevos fritos acompañados de una ensalada verde rociada con una vinagreta picante.

There were so many vegetables that I needed to put the picadillo in two pots. Habían tantas verduras que necesitaba poner el picadillo en dos ollas.

Dinner consisted of the previous night’s stew, topped with sliced avocado, green cabbage, chopped onion, and cilantro. There was also a green salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner consisted of reverse-seared Wagyu short ribs accompanied by a green salad topped with two pieces of Swiss cheese. There was also a bowl of homemade barbecue sauce for dipping and a horn of red wine for drinking. This morning, October 18, 2025, I made a pineapple and cinnamon puff pastry to share at the Master Blend store. Step 1. Esta mañana del 18 de octubre de 2025, hice hojaldre de piña y canela para compartir en la tienda de Master Blend. Paso 1. 
Step 2: Flatten the dough with a rolling pin. Paso 2: Aplanar la masa con un rodillo. 
Step three: Get the ingredients for the filling. Paso tres: Conseguir los ingredientes para el relleno. 
Step 4: Spread the filling. Paso 4: Distribuir el relleno. 
Step 5: Roll up the dough with the filling. Paso 5: Enrollar la masa con el relleno. 
Step 6: Cut the roll into half-inch slices. Paso 6: Cortar el rollo en rodajas de media pulgada.
