On the morning of July 6, 2025, I made homemade barbecue sauce and grated Swiss cheese. All of this was in preparation for dinner. En la mañana del 6 de julio de 2025 preparé salsa barbacoa casera y rallé queso suizo. Todo esto era en preparación de la cena. 
Lunch: A fried mixture of beef and eggs accompanied by a green salad made by Padre. El almuerzo: Una mezcla frita de carne de res y huevos acompañadas de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre. 
There are many mushrooms starting to grow due to the humidity of the current climate. Hay muchos hongos empezando a crecer por la humedad del clima actual.

This is a reverse-seared sirloin tip roast (Belgian Blue) topped with Swiss cheese. Este es un asado de punta de solomillo (de Azul Belga) dorado al revés y cubierto con queso suizo. 
The plated dinner: two pieces of the roast already shown accompanied by a green salad topped with finely chopped red cabbage. There was also a horn of red wine for sipping and a bowl of homemade barbecue sauce for dipping. Lunch on July 7, 2025, consisted of a sushi platter accompanied by a bowl of miso soup garnished with leftover beef from the night before, red cabbage, and spinach. This afternoon Padre, Wag, and I discovered that I need to replace the bottom board of this frame with a thinner board so that it can fit inside the hole in the front side of the container. I worked on this frame this morning by putting a thinner board on the base. Trabajé en este marco esta mañana poniendo una tabla más delgada en el base. 
Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of eggs, beef, and potatoes. It was accompanied by a colorful salad drizzled with a tangy vinaigrette. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos, carne de res y papa. Esta estaba acompañada de una ensalada colorida rociada con una vinagreta picante. 
This afternoon Padre, Wag, and I placed the frame I fixed in the morning inside the front of the container. Esta tarde mi padre, mi tío y yo colocamos el marco que arreglé por la mañana dentro del frente del contenedor. 
Dinner consisted of a reverse-seared Wagner Blue burger steak topped with Swiss cheese and bacon. It was accompanied by a salad made by my Padre and a bowl of homemade barbecue sauce. La cena consistía en un bistec de hamburguesa de Wagyner Blue dorado al revés y cubierto con queso suizo y tocino. Todo esto estaba acompañado de una ensalada hecha por mi padre y un tazón de salsa barbacoa casera.

The rainy morning of July 9, 2025 was a good morning to write. La lluviosa mañana del 9 de julio de 2025 fue una buena mañana para escribir. 
Lunch consisted of fried eggs and a green salad, all drizzled with a tangy vinaigrette of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Cholula hot sauce. El almuerzo consistía en huevos fritos y ensalada verde, todo rociado con una vinagreta picante de aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico y salsa picante Cholula.

Speaking of huge things, as I was leaving dinner I saw a huge cloud above the eastern horizon. Hablando de cosas enormes, cuando salí de cenar vi una nube enorme por encima del horizonte oriental.
7/12/2025: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the low 90s. Hot and quite humid with a few bouts of rain throughout.

Además, había una ensalada verde coronada con tres trozos de queso tomme y rociada con una vinagreta balsámica.

Final Note: This week, Wag brought out a collection of photos from days long passed. I’m posting them here for interest’s sake and so I have an easy way to find them in the future. It is strange to think I was that person in the pictures; it feels like I’m a completely different individual now. Which, I suppose I am. However, there’s no doubting the fact that the fellow in the pictures was instrumental in making me the fellow I am today.

Size 16 beside the mushroom made your foot size look almost average, great old pictures and like usual I see progress and much tasty food, fantastic.
