7/21/2024: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Late evening thunder storm.
A morning beverage (morning of 7/21/2024): Psyllium husks, cinnamon, and water. It is excellent for the body. Una bebida matutina (mañana del 21/7/2024): Cascaras de psilio, canela y agua. Es excelente para el cuerpo. 
Lunch of 7/21/2024 consisted of an oven-baked salmon filet (seasoned with Sicilian spices, salt, and black pepper) accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. El almuerzo del 21/7/2024 consistía en un filete de salmón horneado (sazonado con especias sicilianas, sal y pimienta negra) acompañado de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre.

Lunch consisted of a tray of sushi and a bowl of miso soup garnished with red cabbage, mushroom, spinach, and avocado. El almuerzo consistía en una bandeja de sushi y un tazón de sopa de miso adornado con repollo rojo, hongos, espinaca y aguacate. 
Some Belgian Blue burger-steaks seasoned with salt and chiltepin. They look a little bit spicy. Algunos bistecs de res molida de azul belga sazonados con sal y chiltepín. Se ven un poco picantes. 
This afternoon, I removed the wire from the west side of the Guesthouse lot because the cows broke it once again. Esta tarde quité el alambre del lado este del lote de Guesthouse porque las vacas lo rompieron de nuevo. 
Dinner: A reverse-seared Belgian-Blue burger-steak encrusted with salt and chiltepin and accompanied by a green salad topped with leftover cabbage salad from the prior evening. Lunch of 7/23/2024 consisted of a green salad made by Padre, dressed by Madre, and topped with hard-baked eggs and delicious leftover roast beef from Sunday’s dinner. El almuerzo del 23/7/2024 consistía en una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre, aliñada por mi madre y cubierta con huevos duros y sobras del asado delicioso de la cena del domingo. 
Before inspecting the pastures this afternoon, Padre and I measured the height of Guesthouse. After that, we approximated the quantity of posts that we will need for the roof and the deck. Antes de inspeccionar los pastos esta tarde, mi padre y yo medimos la altura de Guesthouse. Después de eso, aproximamos la cantidad de postes que necesitaremos para el techo y la terraza.

This morning (7/24/2024), I worked as an electrician in Madre’s kitchen container. These are the sockets I installed. Esta mañana (24/7/2024) trabajé como electricista en el contenedor cocina de mi madre. Estos son los enchufes que instalé. 
After that, I installed a box for the next sockets. They will be used for the dishwasher. Después de eso, instalé una caja para los siguientes enchufes. Se utilizarán para el lavaplatos.

Dinner consisted of a salad topped with a mixture of Wagyu ground beef, green pepper, onion, fresh rosemary, chiltepin, garlic, honey, and salt. The honey was Luna’s idea and it went very well with the other flavors (like a natural barbecue sauce). Lunch consisted of a fried mixture of leftover beef from the night before, green peppers and onions. This was accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. El almuerzo consistía en una mezcla frita de sobras de res de la noche anterior, pimiento verde y cebolla. Esta estaba acompañada de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre. 
This afternoon, I played Path of Exile while enjoying wild grapes and Diet Coke. It was a very fun time. Esta tarde, yo jugué Path of Exile mientras disfrutando uvas salvajes y Coca Dieta. Fue un tiempo muy divertido. 
Dinner: Mississippi pot roast over cabbage and carrot salad. Simple but delicious. La cena: Asado de olla de Mississippi encima de una ensalada de repollo y zanahoria. Sencillo pero deliciosa.

Dinner consisted of a Padre-made pizza accompanied by leftover cabbage salad from last night. The pizza was topped with leftover Mississippi pot roast, a little bit of green pepper, and a little bit of red onion. Additionally, we used the broth from the roast for dipping the pizza. La cena consistía en una pizza hecha por mi padre acompañada de sobras de la ensalada de repollo de la noche anterior. La pizza estaba cubierta con sobras de asado de Mississippi, un poco de pimiento verde y un poco de cebolla roja. Además, utilizamos el caldo del asado para mojar la pizza. 
Dessert: A sliced red apple sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a spoonful of Greek yogurt and three cherry plums. El postre: Una manzana roja en rodajas espolvoreada con canela y acompañada de una cucharada de yogur griego y tres ciruelas cerezas.
Final Note: Though it has not been quite a freekend in regard to the recently released Path of Exile expansion, it has been enjoyable all the same. Possibly even moreso than a freekend. There is a certain merit to halting play while wanting to play more instead of ‘glutting’ to the point of not wanting to play.
On another note, I seem to recall that on a past freekend, I ate crunchy garden-grown peas while playing a new expansion. I could not locate that picture, because I probably did not take one (too busy playing the game). This time, however, I did take a picture of the freshly picked wild grapes upon which I feasted. There may or may not have been consequences.
