These are the spices my brother sent me for my birthday. They are from India and the Middle East. Estas son las especias mi hermano me envió para mi cumpleaños. Ellas son de India y el Oriente Medio. 
Dinner consisted of a Belgian Blue burger-steak encrusted with coffee ground and salt, topped with sour cream, and accompanied by a green salad made by Padre. La cena consistía en un bistec de res molida de azul belga incrustado con posos de café y sal, cubierto con una cucharada de crema ácida y acompañado de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre. 
A dessert of a sliced pink lady apple sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a bowl of sour cream and some walnuts. Un postre de una manzana dama rosa en rodajas espolvoreada con canela y acompañada de un tazón de crema ácida y unas nueces.

This is the sushi that Padre and I enjoyed for the lunch of 9/18/2023. Madre was eating lunch with my grandma and my aunt. Este es el sushi que mi padre y yo disfrutamos en el almuerzo del 18/9/2023. Mi madre estaba almorzando con mi abuela y mi tía. 
A mixture of aleppo pepper, coffee grounds, and salt, all of which were destined to season a Belgian Blue flank steak. Una mezcla de pimiento Alepo, posos de café y sal, todos de cuales estaban destinados para sazonar un bistec de flanco de azul belga.

for lunch, Padre and I ate taco salad topped with Belgian Blue ground beef, sliced avocado, chopped fresh tomato, two types of salsa, and a little bit of sour cream. Para almorzar, Padre y yo comimos ensalada de taco cubierta con res molida de azul belga, aguacate en rodajas, tomate fresco picado, dos tipos de salsa y un poco de crema ácida.

Dinner consisted of two pieces of leftover Padre-made pizza. These were accompanied by a green salad dressed in a simple balsamic vinaigrette. Lunch: A fried mixture of eggs and beef accompanied by a salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. El almuerzo: Una mezcla frita de huevos y res acompañada de una ensalada hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre. 
Dinner consisted of a Wagyu roast. It was seasoned with salt, black pepper, chiltepin, rosemary, garlic, and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, and afterward, it was roasted for almost 3.5 hours. This roast was accompanied by a green salad of Romaine lettuce and arugula and by a bowl of homemade BBQ sauce. La cena consistía en un asado de Wagyu. Estaba sazonado con sal, pimienta negra, chiltepin, romero, ajo y un poco de salsa inglésa, y después, estaba horneado por casi 3.5 horas. Este asado estaba acompañado de una ensalada verde de lechuga romana y rúcula y de un tazón de salsa barbacoa casera.

Lunch of 9/21/2023 consisted of a fried mixture of eggs and leftover beef. this was topped with taquera salsa and accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by me. El almuerzo del 21/9/2023 consistía en una mezcla frita de huevos y res sobrante. Esta estaba cubierta con salsa taquera y acompañada de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por yo. 
The cloudy afternoon of 9/21/2023 in the most southeastern pasture. La tarde nublada del 21/9/2023 en el pasto al más sureste. 
Belgian Blue burger-steaks encrusted with walnuts, chiltepins, and salt. These had been roasted in a 250 F oven for almost an hour (until they reached an internal temperature of 126 F. Bisteces de res molida de azul belga incrustados con nuez, chiltepin y sal. Estes hubo estado asados en un horno de 250 F por casi una hora (hasta que llegaron a una temperatura interna de 126 F). 
The same steaks after roasting in a 550 F oven for five minutes. Los mismos bisteces despues de asar en un horno de 550 F por cinco minutes.

For lunch, we enjoyed pan-seared tuna and salmon. This was accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. Para almorzar, disfrutamos atún y salmón a la sartén. Esta estaba acompañada de una ensalada verde hecha por mi padre y aliñada por mi madre. 
A new little Belgian Blue bull calf. His mother is cow #721 Un nuevo ternerito azul belga. Su madre es vaca #721. 
An activity on the afternoon of 9/22/2023. Padre, Wag, and Victor helped a calf nurse from its mother. Unfortunately, the cow had only one teat that functioned. Una actividad en la tarde del 22/9/2023. Mi padre, mi tío y Victor ayudaron a un ternerito mamar leche de su mamá. Desafortunadamente, la vaca tenía solamente un pezón funcional. 
For dinner, we ate a Belgian Blue NY strip and a lamb shoulder chop. Both steaks were roasted for an hour, and afterward, sautéed in a skillet. The meat was accompanied by a green salad, a bowl of sour cream, and a glass of red wine. Para cenar, comimos un bistec de Nueva York de azul belga y un chulete de espalda de cordero. Many cocoons of the Cotesia wasp sprouting from a caterpillar. I fond this unfortunate caterpillar on some vines near the Master Blend signs. Muchas crisálidas de la avispa Cotesia brotando de una oruga. Yo encontré esta desafortunada oruga en algunas enredaderas cerca de los letreros de Master Blend.

I ate a mozzarella and prosciutto omelet for the lunch of 9/23/2023. This was accompanied by a green salad made by Padre and dressed by Madre. This is the pizza that I made for dinner. The dough was topped with a simple combination of homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and Parmesan cheese. Esta es la pizza que yo hice para la cena. La masa estaba cubierta con una combinación simple de salsa casera de jitomate, mozzarella, orégano y queso parmesano. 
The aforementioned pizza was accompanied by a salad of arugula and romaine lettuce dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette. La pizza ya mencionada estaba acompañada de una ensalada de rúcula y lechuga romana aliñada con una vinagreta balsámica. 
The dessert: A red apple and a banana, both of which were sliced and sprinkled with cinnamon. Furthermore, for dipping, there was a dollop of Greek yogurt. El postre: Una manzana roja y una banana, ambas de cuales estaban en rodajas y espolvoreadas con canela. Además, para mojar, había una cucharada de yogur griego.
Final Note: It seems that autumn has arrived on schedule this year. The morning are cool, and the days are sunny and warm.
Si hay algo que yo he aprendido este año, es la importancia de la relación con yo mismo. Eso, y es crucial abrazar las oportunidades de crecer la caja. Por eso, estoy siguiendo a practicar el español todos los días y a buscar otras rutas para crecer o a menos mantener el tamaño de mi caja mientrás viviendo una vida balanceada.
