Week of July 30, 2023 – Promethean dawn, cookies at Scott’s Springs, and Summer Heat.

7/30/2023: Today began in the high 70s and warmed into the mid 90s before afternoon cloudcover reduced those temperatures into the 80s.

7/31/2023: Today began in the mid 70s, warmed into the mid 90s, and then returned to the 80s via rain showers.

8/1/2023: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Clouds did not arrive until very late in the afternoon, so it was a very hot day.

8/2/2023: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Sunny morning. Cloudy noon. Rained a bit around  mid-afternoon. Sunny late.

8/3/2023: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Mostly sunny.

8/4/2023: . Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Close proximity of storms in the afternoon reduced temperatures into the 80s.

8/5/2023: Today began in the high 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Partly cloudy.

Final Note: It is presently 8:57 PM on the night of 8/6/2023. In about 8 hours and 30 minutes, I’ll be rising from bed to embark upon a vacation to México with Padre and Madre. It has been downright roasty, so it will be splendid to escape the heat… and of course to see my brother! ¡Buen viaje a nosotros!
