Lunch of 7/23/2023: A fried mixture of eggs, leftover ground beef, and leftover ground lamb. This mixture was topped with two types of salad and accompanied by a green salad made by my parents. Dessert of half a green apple and half a red apple, both of which were sliced, sprinkled with cinnamon, and accompanied by a dollop of Greek yogurt. Today I enjoyed a lunch with Maribel at La Hacienda Colombiana #2. I ordered the cheese-smothered chicken breast with a salad and fried yucca. Maribel ordered the fried chicken breast with beans, rice, and salad. There was a lot of food, and all of it was delicious. We shared a lot. Hoy yo disfruté un almuerzo con Maribel en La Hacienda Colombiana #2. Yo pedí el pechuqueso con una ensalada y yucca frita. Maribel pediste la milanesa de pollo con frijoles, arróz, y ensalada. Había mucha comida y toda estuvo deliciosa. Compartimos mucho.

A morning activity: Padre, Wag, and I gave a young bull calf some fluids for hydration. The calf had been making much manure that had the properties of water, and he needed our help. La cena: Unos fideos que fueron hechos en casa cubiertos con una mezcla de salsa de jitomate, pollo rallado, mozzarella, y parmesano. Esta estaba acompañada de un bol pequeño de ensalada de rúcula y romaine en una vinagreta balsámica.

Sometimes some of what I read in your blog seems like it’s happened a half a month ago, certainly some tremendous food this week, the pictures this week were terrific, the second photographer is doing great work
