This evening, Padre and I enjoyed some Belgian Blue burger-steaks. These pan-seared steaks were topped with homemade butter and accompanied by a cucumber and cabbage salad. It was a marvelous dinner. Estes bisteces a la plancha estaban cubiertos con mantequilla hecha en casa y acompañados de una ensalada de pepino y repollo. Fue una cena maravillosa.

The green apple was not very good, so I changed it for a red apple. This second apple was delectable with a little bit of Greek yogurt and cinnamon. Today, Padre, Madre, and I went to Latinos y Más for lunch. I ate the 2030 salad with the house dressing. It was delectable. Hoy, mis padres y yo fuimos a Latinos y Más para almorzar. Yo comí la ensalada 2030 con el aliño de la casa. Estuvo delectable. 
A mero filet that I enjoyed with the salad. Un filete de mero que yo disfruté con la ensalada. 
After lunch, I prepared a Wagyu shoulder roast for dinner. First, I put it in the oven to roast for 10 minutes at a high temperature. Then, I added two cups of BBQ sauce and I wrapped in parchment paper and tin foil. Finally, I put it in the oven at 350 F for 3.5 hours. After that, the roast rested for 1.5 hours before we enjoyed it. Después del almuerzo, yo preparé un asado de hombro de Wagyu para la cena. Primero, yo lo puse en el horno para asar por diez minutos en una temperatura muy alta. Entonces, yo añadí dos tazas de salsa barbacoa y lo envolví en papel pergamino y papel de aluminio. The aforementioned roast exhibited extreme tenderness, tremendous flavor, and it went excellently with a salad of cucumber, avocado, red cabbage, and olives in a tangy vinaigrette. For the main dish, we shared our personal pizzas. My pizza was topped with a lot of pepperoni and a little bit of fresh basil. The crust was excellent and almost like the crust at San’s. A fantastic dinner: A Belgian Blue burger-steak that was encrusted with walnut, chiltepin, and salt. I cooked the steak in the oven. The beef was accompanied by a salad of cucumber, avocado, tomato, and red cabbage. Una cena fantástica: Un bistec de res molida de azul belga que estaba incrostado con nuez, chiltepin, y sal. Yo cociné este bistec en el horno. La res estaba acompañada de una ensalada de pepino, aguacate, tomate, y repollo rojo.
