Week of July 2, 2023 – Noodles & Wagyu Devonshire Cream

(Above: This morning I prepared some noodles and put them on lines to dry. Esta mañana yo preparé unos fideos y los puse en lineas para secar.)

7/2/2023: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Sunny throughout.

7/3/2023: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the high 90s. Cooler in the afternoon due to the proximity of nearby thunderstorms.

7/4/2023: Today began in the high 70s and warmed into the high 90s. Very sunny. Quite hot.

7/5/2023: Today began in the low 80s s and warmed into the high 90s. Sunny throughout and thus quite hot.

7/6/2023: Today began in the mid 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Mostly sunny thus far.

7/7/2023: Today began in the high 70s and warmed into the mid 90s. Very sunny in morning, cloudy in afternoon.

7/8/2023: Today began in the low 70s and warmed into the low 90s. A bit sprinkly throughout the day.

Final Note: It’s not every week that you get to make and enjoy Wagyu Devonshire Cream.

  1. Perhaps the only people in the entire world having Devonshire cream made from the milk of a Wagyu, quite the flavor and quite the week. Thanks for sharing.
