This afternoon was very toasty. I think that the cows know better what to do in this climate than the people checking them. Esta tarde estaba muy calurosa. Creo que las vacas saben mejor que hacer en este clima que las personas quien las chequeando.

Befire going out to get icecream with Maribel, I ate a lunch with Padre and Madre. The food consisted of a little bit of leftover pizza and a salad in a simple vinaigrette of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Antes de salir para conseguir helado con Maribel, yo comí el almuerzo con mis padres. La comida consistía de un poco de pizza sobrante y una ensalada en una vinagreta simple de aceite de oliva y vinagre balsámico. 
For the dinner of 6/6/2023, I enjoyed a couple bowls of birria beef. It was a like a great soup full of flavor, and I liked topping it with cilantro and a little bit of sour cream. Para la cena de 6/6/2023, yo disfruté dos boles de res de birria. Fue como un gran sopa llena de sabor, y me gustó mucho cubrir con cilantro y un poco de crema ácida.

Like the dessert from yesterday, this plate consisted of a sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by a spoonful of Devonshire cream. It tasted like Apple Pie. For the main course, we enjoyed the pizza called “San’s Supreme”. It has pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper, onion, mushroom, and a great golden-brown crust. Final Note: It’s not every week that you get to make and enjoy Wagyu Devonshire Cream.
Perhaps the only people in the entire world having Devonshire cream made from the milk of a Wagyu, quite the flavor and quite the week. Thanks for sharing.
