Preface: In an airport at the moment, so this entry is not going to be very fancy. Fortunately, I have a whole bunch of pictures to carry the post!

Summary: Today I woke up, packed, performed a few exercises, did some write time, and then drove the rental car to my brother’s place so he could get to work. This was followed by my using that rental to see if I could find the way to Colorado Spring’s Quarry Scar. I did, but I was not allowed inside (private property with hefty fines for trespassing). This was followed by my driving to Garden of the Gods and walking around for a few hours before returning to the other side of Colorado Springs for a final lunch with my brother. I had chosen a place to eat called International Poke Company*. After eating that unique and delicious meal, I caught and Uber to the Colorado Springs Airport, and here (as I wait 2 and a half hours) I’m doing some write time and attempting to catch up on my blog entries. Therefore, after a brief commentary, I will be including a number of images taken during yesterday’s adventure.
Commentary: It has been thoroughly enjoyable vacation here in Colorado Springs, and there is still a bit of writing that I engaged in yesterday that I will yet share in the future. As for a brief comment here that will summarize this past weeks’ journey, I will simply state that my ‘faith’ in the path that I have chosen (i.e. putting together these posts andexploring the ‘being’ portion of life) has been solidified – especially by yesterday’s wanderings about the Broadmoor 7 Falls. There will likely be more mentions of the journey in ensuing entries, but now I’m about to board the Plane back home.

Final Note: I suppose there will be more news on Jacobhouse, tomorrow!
*Partly because of the name, and partly because it was Hawaiian-themed food which I had never eaten before. Alas, there was no beef, chicken, or pork served at the restaurant – only fish and vegetation. There was literally nothing on the menu that my brother wanted to eat! Fortunately, he was able to go get some Jimmy John’s next door which allowed me to indulge my senses. The image and description of that food is in my latest twitter post here:
