(Above: A rainbow extending toward the Jacobhouse – result of this afternoon’s sunlit downpour.)
Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and a beef pasture inspection with Padre. This was ensued by a return to Jacobhouse where I tended to a few house-neatening tasks and made a large pot of homemade BBQ sauce. I next put together and tended to a Master Blend order before returning to my abode for a couple hours of writing. Lunch occurred at 12:00 PM and consisted of a large pulled pork sandwich with some additional greens to the side.
(5:15 PM Update:) This afternoon was initiated with school reading and a quiz. I next took a brief rest before cutting up a watermelon and writing a portion of this entry. At 3 PM, I ventured outdoors to help with cattle-related activities, including: checking the pasture for creatures in need of aid, helping catch & move a couple weanlings to the appropriate lot, and inspecting animals in the feed-barn for activity and ailments. It began to rain on the way back to Jacobhouse, and that precipitation has continued all the way through my shower and the concluding of today’s entry.
Final Note: After completing this entry, I will likely attempt to summon an appliance repair-person to work on the washer/dryer, and if there is time after that, I shall work on the Master Blend site. The evening’s final activities will include a beef pasture inspection, dinner, and leisure.
Great pictures yet again
