(Above: Dawn. Just by the lighting, one can tell that a front is passing through.)
Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and some Jacobhouse-neatening tasks. This was followed by the morningly beef pasture inspection with Padre (all the animals were faring quite well) and then by a return to my abode. There, I wrote for 3 hours before tending to about 30 minutes worth of Master Blend correspondence. The morning was concluded with a lunch at the Studio consisting of baked potatoes and spring-mix & onion salad.
I took very few pictures today due to somewhat excessive computer work, but I will include three images of some Cargrill brand ads that I utilized in class recently. One of these ads was made by me in less than 20 minutes. Which one was it? The answer can be found at the bottom of this post*;
(6:52 PM Update:) Afternoon activities were initiated with more Master Blend correspondence, PoA coursework, and a brief repose as it rained outside. I ventured outdoors at 3PM, and there, tended to a variety of tasks, including: planning for more Madre-office construction in the near future (and making parts lists), performing a beef pasture inspection with Padre, digging a ditch for bringing a waterline into the Madre-office, cutting/dry fitting a large portion of that line, and preparing three Master Blend beef orders. On returning to Jacobhouse, I tended to even more emails before working on this day’s entry.
Final Note: After concluding this entry, I intend to sear & grill a couple Master Blend New York Strips. This shall be ensued by an (obviously) delicious dinner and then by leisure. Pictures of this evening’s repast shall be included in tomorrow’s post.
*The first one was made by me as an example of a foreign agricultural ad. The large Chinese character on the pig means “Prosperity”, and the characters along the top mean something close to: “It begins at the belly” or “It starts at the gut.”
