Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and writing. That was followed by my venturing outdoors to perform the morningly beef pasture inspection with Padre. The ride-around revealed only a peaceful pasture and healthy animals*, so I next set about filling Moo-Magic bags. After filling 12 bags I returned to Jacobhouse where I commenced to write for two hours. The only break during this time occurred when I had to tend a ground beef shipment from my uncle. It was at 11:15 AM that I departed Jacobhouse to visit Padre at the Studio, and at 12:15 PM, I rode in to Sushi Bistro with Madre to procure lunch. The midday meal occurred at 1:20 PM and consisted of plenteous high-quality sushi and an arugula & iceberg salad. It was all excellent.
(7:16 PM Update:) Afternoon activities were initiated with some PoA coursework, writing a portion of this entry, and a rest within the Jacobhouse bed. This was ensued by my helping Madre with her office project and included: putting together the shower-to-toilet drain connection, dry-fitting the connection, making modifications, and finally gluing it all together. This was followed by much unsuccessful finicking with the shower stall and drain pipe in an attempt to line them up (we stopped after about an hour, but as of 7:16 PM, we have plenty of new ideas to try out tomorrow). I helped Padre complete a beef pasture inspection after all this, and now I am within Jacobhouse concluding today’s entry.
Final Note: I plan on eating a light dinner this evening. Perhaps, I will partake of a roasted russet potato along with some spring mix salad. Here is a bonus video of today’s pipework:
*There were only a couple that needed rechecking later in the day.
