Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and about twenty minutes of writing. This was ensued by a beef pasture inspection with Padre* and then by a return to Jacobhouse where I proceeded to write for another hour. The remainder of the morning was spent in a leisurely fashion with much Path of Exile playing and relaxation. As for the midday meal, it occurred at 12:30 PM and consisted of stir-fried vegetables (cabbage, onion, broccoli, carrot, and kale) served in a bed of rice noodles.

Recapturing the freekend (as many Wagyus enjoy breakfast in the background). 
Last night’s dinner: a large omelet wrapped in prosciutto.

(5:46 PM Update:) This afternoon was spent in a manner quite similar to this morning: leisure. I did venture out at 3:55 PM to help walk up a sick calf from the field and perform the day’s final beef pasture inspection, but that was a pleasant break to the day’s plentiful sedentarism.
Final Note: Now that I have returned to Jacobhouse, I am going to submit this entry before venturing into Ocala with Padre and Madre and dining at Ipanema, the Brazilian churrascaria.
*It was another enjoyable ride, though the same sentiment could not be said of the calf that we captured and treated for a cough.
