10/8/2020 – Foggy morning at Jacobhouse

10/8/2020

(Above: Title.)

Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, and a beef pasture inspection with Padre. This was followed by about 20 minutes of garden-tending and then by a return indoors where I wrote for 2.25 hours. PoA coursework came next, and at 12:15 PM, I rode into town with Madre and Padre for a quick and delicious lunch at Aneta’s Bistro. We also acquired some groceries (greens and taco materials) on the way home.

(7:17 PM Update:) Afternoon activities were initiated with a brief repose and some writing. This was ensued by my venturing outdoors to aid with Madre’s office project which included: gathering more supplies, trimming a few boards to the appropriate length with the circular saw, fastening one of the those boards into the behind-shower region, installing the shower control knob, and putting together a pipe puzzle*. After all these tasks, I performed a beef pasture inspection with Padre.

Final Note: On returning to Jacobhouse, I prepared a couple Angus patties for dinner, showered, and now I am putting together today’s entry before cooking some delicious beef.

*This puzzle is what shall enable water to pass from CPVC to braided hoses to the temperature adjuster knob to the shower head.
