Summary: Today began with calisthenics, piano practice, house-neatening, and about 30 minutes of writing. A morningly beef pasture inspection followed, and that was ensued by some ‘earth work’*. I next returned indoors where I wrote for another 1.5 hours before visiting Padre at the office, tending to a couple Master Blend customers, and making some thin Polish noodles for lunch. The midday meal occurred at 1:40 PM and consisted of the aforementioned noodles dressed in a butter / egg / black pepper / pecorino sauce along with a spinach salad to the side.
(7:06 PM Update:) This afternoon began with 25 minutes of PoA coursework, 20 minutes of repose, and my tending to a hefty Master Blend beef order. I next aided with capturing bovines for vaccination before venturing to Madre’s future office where I helped put together a minor parts list and measured, marked, drilled, & cut** a hole for her bathroom exhaust fan. To conclude activities at her office, I fastened the exhaust outlet to the south side of the container. I next rode around with Padre for the day’s final beef pasture inspection, and now that I have returned to Jacobhouse, I am concluding today’s entry.
Final Note: After finishing this post, I must tend to Master Blend inventory and order totals before cooking a couple celebratory Angus shoulder steaks for dinner.
*Fixing a flaw with the Jacobhouse sewage system. The people who installed the septic tank had glued the Tee on in an incorrect manner, so I had to delve into the abyss to attach a length of 4″ pipe and an upturned 4″ elbow. For some reason, there were many watermelon seeds floating on top of the waste-crust.
**Not the most pleasant experience, as the jigsaw produced many tiny pieces of searing metal and stink-dust.
